Established in 2006, SDL International
was formed by a group of Caribbean
nationals whose primary purpose is to
enhance the cultural diversity of the
Caribbean through education, music,
dance and artistic expression.

Our presentation in 2006, Thalassa
garnered us third placed in the medium
category of bands. Our junior Scan D
Kiddz  presentation, The Deep placed us
in second. Our junior Queen placed
second and our male individual placed
second.

For Miami Carnival 2007, our presentation
Blast from D Past, was a tribute to three of
our past brass/live bands which were well
known for their great music. Shandileer
representing Trinidad & Tobago, Burning
Flames, Antigua and Square One,
Barbados,we placed 5th in the band
catagorys.

Our presentation for MK-2008 is
NATIVES of the CARIBBEAN. The
Caribben Islands is made up of many
different ethnic groups which
includes the Carib & Arawak Indians,
the Europeans and the Africans.  So
come take a journey with us as we
take you back in times.
MISSION STATEMENT:

To merge the bridge with people
of Caribbean descent, bringing a
taste of flavor to life, incorporating
our fellow Americans and other
nationalities in the form of culture.
